SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Calculated at checkout

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location and typically range from 7-21 business days. Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.

Preorder Items

Preorder items will ship according to the estimated ship date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your entire order will ship together once all items are available, unless you request a split shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at: Email: eurebaactive@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will replace or refund your order as appropriate.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
